WELCOME TO THE 2011 TRACK SEASON!!!
Practice schedule (TBA) will take place at various Sylvania tracks. See the schedule - as it changes daily!!
DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES EARLY OR LATE for practices
with the amount of athletes we have on our team- it is IMPERATIVE that we all stay on schedule especially since we will be running practices back to back.
Track is a generous time commitment- let's not make it any more than it needs to be for athletes or coaches that are volunteering their time :)
Cadets (4th- 6th graders): be at the track READY to run by (TBA)
Juniors (7th-8th graders): Be at the gym READY to run by (TBA)
What to bring/wear: ALWAYS be prepared to run outside. Hat, gloves, sweats, sweatshirts, dress in LAYERS- you can always take a layer off if you get hot- but you cannot add a layer if you are cold! WE RUN OUTSIDE! Be prepared!
PLEASE label your water bottle!!!! Athletes must return home with the items they brought to practice. |
